Our house is convenient in direct neighbourhood to the valley station Vigiljoch-cablelway (a 2 minute walk). With the cableway you can reach comfortably on a wonderful extensive high plateau - 1800 m - ideal starting point for mountain hiking enjoying to the rare flora of the Alps, mountain lakes, mountain pastures and inviting mountain inns. In distance of 200 m from our house there are different bus connections to Merano, to the Ultental (valley) or to the Gampenpass (pass), for everyone who don´t want to use the car, it would be a further good reason to stay with us.

So you live with us

We are a small, modern, spacious designed house, in a sunny location. The village center can be reached within 4 minutes by foot.

TYPE A: Living area about 28 sq.m and loggia-balcony 5.5 sq.m - double room with bathroom, TV,radio, telephone, safe, hair dryer.

TYPE B: living area about 23 sq.m - double room with bathroom, TV, radio, telephone, safe, hair dryer.

TYPE D: living area about 32/35 sq.m + balcony - double/family room with 2-4 beds, bathroom, TV, telephone, safe, hair dryer, 2 of it suitable for the disabled.

SUITE: living area about 45 sq.m + loggia/terrace: 1 sleeping room and 1 living room- can be devided into 2 rooms with each 2 sleep possibilities, bathroom with (separately) lavatory, TV, radio, telephone, safe, hair dryer.

1 APPARTMENT: living area about 64 sq.m + balcony - consisting of 2 double rooms, both with bathroom, 1 common living room, TV, radio, safe, hair dryer, and large balcony/loggia.

Appartment lay-out

All rooms, suites and the appartment are on the valley side and are therefore sunny and bright. Please notify the room types with your order. Thank you.

All our rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Virtually all have an integrated balcony/loggia.

Caused by protecting shutters, the rooms are pleasantly cool even in the midsummer.

The rooms are comfortably furnished, all with bathroom, nearly all with loggia/balcony; all on the valley side!

There is a very large, well tended park with following own orchard, a large, spaceiously outdoor swimming pool (11m x 18 m) with lawn for sunbathing and trees who give shaddow, a beautiful indoor swimming pool (28 degrees and 6m x12 m), jetstream, solarium, table tennis, children's game area… at your dispdisosal.

We also offer handicapped accessible rooms. Two elevators, sufficiently hotel parking lots are avaiable. In our house bar we welcome you to a capuccino or a draught beer. On sunny, warm days, you can also enjoy the breakfast on the terrace.

Children reduction:

Infants until 6 years: 60% reduction - children until 12 years 40% reduction - starting from 12 years receive 25% reduction, as far as the children are hosted in the double room of parents. Babies until 2 years stay free.
