What contains the price:

The prices pertain for one night with breakfast (buffet) and dinner (you have the choice between 2 evening menus), per person and day. For not taken meals and with previous refusal you receive the amount of euro 8,00.- credited.

The indicated prices includes all dues, the use of the general house facilities like indoor swimming pool with jetstream, outdoor swimming pool, table tennis etc. With a stay of less than one week the current daily prices are used, otherwise we carge the prices of our WEEK OFFERS in the high season or the prices of our SPECIAL OFFER WEEKS.

Dogs

We hope, you understand that we accept only house-trained dogs, as well as in Italy for hygenic reasons dogs not are not allowed in dining room. For your dog we charge Euro 5,00.- per day (without food).

Premature departure

With premature departure on the not consumed days is granted a discount of 30%.

With a short term cancellation of your room reservation

We are not able to renounce on the agreed charge. If there is a possibility to sublet the room, there is no charge to pay.

Reservations

Please note that we need for organizational reasons, a written reservation (with fax or e-mail) to fix a booking. Thank you for your understanding.

In case of arrival after 8 o'clock p.m. we beg you to contact us by phone. Otherwise the reservation for the room will be cancelled. Also valid identity cards for the registration of children.

Conditions of payment

With departure: cash or also with cheque or EC-card (credit cards accepted - with exception of american express).

Sufficiently hotel parking lots are avaiable for our guests.

We ask our guests to consider: on the ARRIVAL DAY the rooms are ready to move into from 3 o'clock p.m., on the DEPARTURE DAY please leave the rooms at 11 o'clock a.m.
