From the hotel to the home mountain Vigiljoch
In just a few minutes' walk, you will reach the valley station Vigiljoch, the home and hiking mountain high above Lana.
We offer our guests discounted cable car tickets (ascent & descent, cable car & chairlift).
The cable car takes you to the popular hiking area at 1,486 meters. Discover on comfortable forest paths:

- Viewing platform
- Forest lake Schwarze Lacke
- Panorama trail with a magnificent view of the Etsch Valley.
From the valley station, you will be on the mountain in about eight minutes in modern, large gondolas. The valley station has a barrier-free access.
Travel for free with all public transport
Every guest receives the Südtirol Guest Pass for free upon arrival. With it, you can explore all of South Tyrol by bus and train.
All benefits of the Südtirol Guest Pass:

- Local buses (city buses, intercity buses, and city shuttles)
- Cable cars to Renon, Maranza, Colle, Meltina, and Verano

The ticket is given to every guest upon arrival at our reception. It is valid for the entire stay, including the day of arrival and departure. The ticket is non-transferable. The Südtirol Guest Pass must be validated at the machines for every trip.

Useful information for your stay
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready from 3:00 PM.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
- For a binding reservation, we require written confirmation, which can also be done via email, and a deposit of € 150.00 per booked person, via bank transfer or credit card debit.
- Arrival is on Saturday or Sunday. Limited rooms (Comfort Double Room, Comfort Suites) are available for arrivals on Tuesday or Wednesday.
- A valid ID is required for registration, even for children and babies. If arriving after 7:00 PM, please contact us by phone so that we can hold the room for you.
- Payment upon departure can be made by EC card, credit card (Mastercard, Visa), or in cash. We kindly ask our guests to make the payment the evening before departure, ideally after dinner, to ensure a relaxed and smooth end to their stay.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005).
We offer you the following cancellation conditions:
- Free cancellation up to 31 days before the start of the trip.
- If canceled within 30 to 15 days before the start of the trip, fees amounting to 60% of the total booked amount will apply.
- If canceled within 14 to 8 days before the start of the trip, fees amounting to 90% of the total booked amount will apply.
- If canceled 7 days before the start of the trip, fees amounting to 100% of the total booked amount will apply.
- In the case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees amounting to 100% will apply to the booked and unused days.
- Ordered and unoccupied rooms or beds will be charged for the booked period (even in cases of late arrival and cancellation).

For groups, the cancellation conditions change and will be discussed before/at the time of booking.

Please note that dogs are only permitted by prior arrangement (€15.00 per day, excluding food) and a maximum of 1 small to medium-sized dog is permitted per room.
The total number of dogs allowed in the hotel is limited.
Your pet is not permitted in the dining rooms, indoor swimming pool or garden area.
Rabies vaccination is compulsory for dogs in Italy!
