The following prices are quoted per person at half-board rates.

DOGS
We ask for your understanding in that dogs can only be kennelled subsequent to prior agreement with the hotel (€ 15 per day, food not included). Dogs are not permitted in the dining rooms, indoor pool or garden areas. Rabies vaccination for dogs is mandatory in Italy!
TOURIST TAX
The prices will attract a tourist tax of € 2.40 per person per day (aged 14 years and over), payable on departure.
RESERVATIONS
Please bear in mind that bookings, for organisational reasons, are only binding upon receipt of written confirmation (naturally, also by fax or email) and a deposit of 40% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card debit.. Thank you for your understanding.
ARRIVALS
We ask our much-cherished guests to bear in mind that that rooms can be occupied from 3pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on your day of departure. Documents should be presented at reception on arrival (also for children). Please phone to let us know if you will be arriving after 8pm to ensure that your room will not be rented to other parties.
PAYMENT
Preferably in cash or by EU card on departure. Limited cash payment in accordance with Italian regulations.

RANGE OF FACILITIES
- An exceptionally vast park area with adjacent fruit orchard, a large open-air swimming pool (11 x 18 m) with sunbathing area and shady trees, a 6 x 12 m indoor pool, lift to all floors, large hotel car park.
- Prices are quoted per person per day for accommodation, breakfast and evening meal with menu to choose from (from the 2nd day of your stay). You will be credited with € 10 for uneaten or cancelled meals (except 5 and 6 course menu). On warm, sunny days you can enjoy your breakfast on the sun terrace.
- All services indicated as well as access to hotel facilities such as the indoor pool with jetstream, open-air pool, table tennis etc. are included in the quoted rates.
- Daily rates will be calculated for stays of less than one week.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are
willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III,
Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)“
- Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival.
- Cancellations 30 days to 15 days before arriving = will be charging 60% of the tour price
- 14 days before arriving to 8 days before arriving day = will be charging 90% of the tour price
- From 7 days to arriving day on, late arrival, missed arrival and early departure = will be charging 100% of the tour price.
- Early departures and cancellation: Booked but unoccupied rooms or beds will be charged for the entire duration of the booking (also for late arrivals and early departures).
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We recommend that you cover yourself financially with HGV travel cancellation insurance in the event that unforeseen events occur before your departure.
